Blue Moon (Anita Blake, Vampire Hunter #8)
This is the last one in the series I could read.Up until now they were really good but this onegot a little too erotica for me.
More great vampire/shifter adventures. I absolutely have a crush on Anita. She's a hot badass. I'm not a big fan of Richard but I'm also not a huge fan of Jean Claude. Can I just have Anita to myself? lol. Great story!
3.5⭐This book.....damn. I've never been so friggin frustrated over something that I literally could not stop reading. I want to kill Anita with my bare hands at least 80% of the time. She is obnoxiously stubborn and tiresome, and I've never seen anyone as prudish as her that's also getting naked and sweaty or lusting over such an unfathomable number of people. This book was all over the place. I'm really hoping that with the way it ended that she's going to learn some control in all aspects of
Some friends have read 50 Shades (yes, I do point and laugh when they admit it) and either hate it and want to read a "good" dirty book or love it and want more of the same. Since I am the book guru they come to me for advice and I have none. I don't read "naughty" books. I am a prude. So, to the delight of some contrarian somewhere I have a stack of books I am working my way through in hopes of finding something to recommend. This book was on the clearance rack at the local used bookstore for
I have had a huge break from reading Anita Blake series. It was one of the first vampire series I get involved in and previously I really enjoyed it. But after few books I decided I need a break and it took me a lot of time to come back to the series. I still like it in spite of the love triangle I usually hate in every book. The story is good and grabbing with lots of pack and shifters stuff. However, some parts are rather dark and I'm not sure about what to think about them but I didn't feel

When she chose master vampire Jean-Claude over her ex-fiancé, alpha werewolf Richard Zeeman, Anita learned that sometimes love is not enough. But though she and Richard won’t be walking down any aisles, she can’t turn her back on him when he’s arrested on a rape charge in Tennessee. Anita knows firsthand that Richard has the morals of a saint—or at least a boy scout. But his guilt or innocence is not the issue. He’s behind bars, and in five days a full moon will rise…Particularize Appertaining To Books Blue Moon (Anita Blake, Vampire Hunter #8)

This book was all about werewolves. Well mostly. More so than usual... I'm backpeddling so hard lol. 😂Anita and Raina agreed on something. That doesn't bode well for Richard. BTW I don't like how skanky Richard is getting. I can understand his need to throw himself into a new relationship but that has done nothing but get him into trouble with everyone! Like really?Anita using the munin to smoke those vampires was cool! Go Anita. The sorcerer guy died horribly. BTW I have forgotten a lot of namesThis is the last one in the series I could read.Up until now they were really good but this onegot a little too erotica for me.
