Assess About Books The Never War (Pendragon #3)
The Never War is the third book in the Pendragon series. The story starts off shortly after the death of Pendragon's Uncle Press. Pendragon and Spader travel to Veelox, only to find that Saint Dane has gone to first Earth. When they arrive at the first Earth flume, they are shot at by two gangsters in what seems to be the 1900s. The travelers escape the gangsters with the help of the first Earth traveler, Gunny Van Dyke. The travelers soon realizes that Saint Dane's plot on first Earth has

4.5 Golden StarsI love this one, I could've given it 5 stars, but I don't know I always feel the lack of something in this book, I don't know what it is; the premise & everything is awesome, maybe after Cloral & all those water technology in that territory, the lack of fantasy? maybe I expected more...the 1937 New York, the vintage picture of Earth, two travelers plus onehow they lived in the history, among a bunch of gangsters.ignition of WWII in the background.such a twist in the end

What would you sacrifice for the greater good?Bobby and Spader travel to the territory known as First Earth to defeat Saint Dane in his latest scheme.-----*screams obscenities* far better than I rememberAMAZINGWhat to know/ expect:- a fast-paced adventure- danger- good characters and friend dynamics <3- these books do have a repeating pattern (but there's comfort in repetition :P )- early 1900 US history, specifically 1937 (one of my favorite points in history)- Saint Dane is such a good

Bobby Pendragon is back and now has some experience under his belt from his past two adventures. Now Bobby finds himself in a place similar to his own, First Earth. Bobby and the traveler from Cloral known as Spader have traveled to New York City in 1937. Here they discover that there is a plot with a connection to New York gangsters and the Nazi party that will result in the famous hindenburg disaster being avoided. The catch however is that the Hindenburg will be carrying plans that would lead

This is a unique Pendragon book: It takes place on Earth. Even more unique: In the 1930's. I don't want to spoil anything, but Machale did an amazing job with this book, piecing it together and making it sound realistic. I really enjoyed it.

Introduction:Bobby and Spader, the Traveler from Cloral, arrive on Veelox a few weeks after the death of Bobby's uncle, Press Tilton, only to figure out from Aja Killian, the Traveler from Veelox, that Saint Dane went to First Earth. They flume there to be greeted by bullets from gangsters that Saint Dane has hired. They then met the First Earth Traveler, who saved them from the gangsters. He is a bell captain at the Manhattan Tower Hotel named Vincent. I found this book when I was looking
