Fish and Chips
This story could be subtitled "The case of the dying goldfish". Raina can't seem to keep her goldfish alive which leads to her meeting the manager of the pet store, Chip. Her openness and honesty and dry wit attract him.
There isn't a huge amount of drama in this story, it is a sweet, funny romantic tale that is just perfect and leaves me feeling satisfied. Every single time.

I love to read, love to write and am very blessed to be the mama of two precious little boys and the wife of an amazing man. Look for the Lauren Holbrook series (Miss Match, ReMatch and Match Point), the Maya Davis series (Cool Beans, Latte Daze and Double Shot) Sketchy Behavior, and the Paige Alder series (Paige Torn, Paige Rewritten and Paige Turned) in paperback and ebook format! Thank you forIf you've read other books my Erynn Mangum, you know many feature friends who turn into more. This one was straightforward boy meets girl and sparks fly. This is one of those stories that Seinfeld might say is about "nothing." The characters simply go out a few times and realize they really like each other. So you have to like the characters to enjoy their story. Fortunately for me, I did. Their conversations were cute and entertaining.
Cute book
If Fish and Chips was a paperback book, my copy would be dog-eared and falling apart from all the times I've read it. Author Erynn Mangum has a dry, sarcastic, humorous way of writing that causes me to giggle my way through this book. Every single time. While I have read and enjoyed every book she has written, this remains my favorite. This story could be subtitled "The case of the dying goldfish". Cute story - good escape but wish it could have been more developed. But it was a fun novella.
It was really cute but it was too short.
Wow, such a fun book! I don't know what it is about Erynn Mangum's books, but they are just SO good. I five stars out of five stars recommend. It's everything I love in a book. :D
